Returns&Refund Policy

By making the purchase you acknowledge and agree that the goods are bespoke, and made specifically for you, they are custom-made goods, and are produced only after your purchase has been made and confirmed. Prior to your purchase no stock of the purchased goods exist. Furthermore, based on the information written above, you acknowledge and agree that your rights to make changes or cancellations are within 12 hours from your purchase confirmation. Once the 12 hours has elapsed and your purchase goes into production, your rights to make changes or cancellations are forfeit. Other than where goods are faulty, you have no rights to cancel any order or return any goods purchased and all orders are final.

Returns

Returns are handled on a case by case basis. Return of your purchase is permitted ONLY when the goods delivered fall under the following criteria:

1. The goods received are damaged
2. There are visible defects with the print
3. The item is the wrong size from the one ordered
4. The item is the wrong color from the one ordered
5. The item is the wrong design from the one ordered
6. The item is the wrong style from the ordered

If the goods delivered to you fall under one of the criteria noted above, please follow below steps to request return:

You must submit a request for a return within 30 days after you receive your goods. After the 30 days have elapsed you acknowledge that your rights to return are considered forfeit. Returns can be exchanged for the original purchased goods or a full refund.We guarantee to issue you a full refund or a reshipment (free replacement) . You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. are typically addressed within 24 hours.

You received a different size from what you ordered;
You received a different product from what you ordered;
Products missing or damaged.

If you are approved for a refund,We will offer a full refund of items. The refund will be issued to the original credit card account you used to purchase the item(s).The refund is takes to be credited within 7-15 workings days depending on the payment method. You are responsibility to pay the return postage. The method of sending back an item is up to you (UPS, FedEx, USPS etc).
